I’m a dedicated sound designer with a deep passion for creating. My love for film and music is a major source of inspiration in my work, where I aim for perfection in every detail. Outside of work, I enjoy reading biographies to better understand people and their stories. I’ve been a big fan of Elvis Presley since I was young — his music has always moved me. I'm also a loyal Ajax supporter and follow the club closely. With a sharp ear and a creative mind, I continue to challenge myself with every project.

I'm an international creative with a background in audio engineering and music production. Driven by curiosity and movement - whether that’s through street photography or any other artistic form of expression, music is a constant in my life. Always in my ears and often at the center of what I do. I always had a deep passion for sound design and music, as for me, they are the soul of all moving images. For over 35 years, I’ve been active in the world of (applied) music, publishing, and music copyright. A field where my passion for creativity and law come together. I’ve been with TFA for 25 years now and currently serve as Head of Publishing. In this role, I support TFA Publishing, TRX Music Publishing, composers, and media companies in managing, protecting, and making the most of their musical works. I believe in personal involvement, clear agreements, and the value of long-term partnerships. Music is emotion, but it’s also a valuable asset. I see it as my mission to help creators safeguard that asset with care and integrity.

I am an Amsterdam-based sound designer, composer, and re-recording mixer. I combine a strong academic foundation with extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of projects — from (short) fiction films and documentaries to television, commercials, podcasts, and radio. In 2025, I graduated as a sound designer from the Netherlands Film Academy. What connects all my work is my deep passion for telling stories through sound. Whether it’s creating a subtle atmosphere, composing an original soundtrack, or shaping an entire auditory world, I always strive for a result that resonates and surprises. My approach is both creative and technically considered, always seeking new ways to use sound as a powerful narrative tool. With a keen ear for detail and a broad musical and technical background, I aim to find the right tone for each project, every time.

Music has always been at the heart of everything I do. It all began with Pirate radio in the ’80s and Public radio in the ’90s. In 1994, I found my home at TFA, a family-run business that became the foundation of this journey. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to shaping TFA, and now TRX, into what they’re evolving. It’s been an incredibly rewarding ride so far, and I’m all in on taking TFA and TRX to the next level.

I'm a true '90s lover — I adore soulful vibes. As a hostess, I was born to pamper people. Whether it's with a good glass of wine or a delicious homemade plate of pasta. I find a generous dose of coziness really important! Italy is my greatest love (after cooking and soul music). I'm cheerful, a little quirky, and always ready to celebrate life with a smile and a great playlist in the background.
